With over 40 years’ experience in Australian and international education, she has served as a Teacher, Principal, TAFE Director and Deputy Director General in Queensland's Department of Education. Lyn has also worked with Queensland's Curriculum Authority and the Australian Council for Educational Research on the National School Improvement Tool. For the past 15 years, she has led implementations of Direct and Explicit Instruction programs to maximise student learning outcomes....

Stefani has extensive experience in direct instruction and literacy intervention. She holds a Master of Research, Master of Teaching, and a Bachelor of Arts, and is currently a PhD candidate at Western Sydney University. With over five years of experience teaching Spelling Mastery, Stefani has honed her skills in delivering effective, evidence-based instruction. Her expertise in literacy development and evidence-based teaching practices has shaped her approach to curriculum design. Stefani’s current projects with GGSA include being a curriculum developer working on Oz-e-writing, and providing coaching to schools Stefani supports educators in utilising effective, research-informed resources that improve literacy outcomes for all learners....
